Panicafé was born from a lifelong passion for authentic European baking. Our Master Baker spent decades perfecting the art of bread-making in Spain, where he learned that true artisan bread requires patience, skill, and respect for tradition.
After establishing 6 successful bakeries in Argentina, introducing South America to the rich flavors of European artisan bread, our journey led us to Texas. Here, we found a community hungry for authentic, naturally leavened bread made with the same techniques that have been perfected over centuries.
At Panicafé, we don't just bake bread—we honor a craft. Every sourdough loaf begins with our carefully maintained natural starter, every croissant is laminated by hand, and every pastry is made fresh each morning. This is baking as it was meant to be.
